Section 37-47-39 - Full faith and credit of state pledged to pay bonds

For the purpose of paying the principal of and interest upon all state school bonds issued under the authority of this chapter, there shall be and there is hereby pledged the full faith, credit, and taxing power of the State of Mississippi.Codes, 1942, § 6247-13; Laws, 1953, Ex Sess, ch. 13, § 13, eff. 7/1/1954.
