In consideration of the acceptance and purchase of the bonds authorized under the provisions of this chapter, by those who shall hold the same from time to time, this chapter shall be deemed and shall constitute a contract between the State of Mississippi and such holders and shall be irrepealable until such time as all bonds and interim certificates issued under the provisions of this chapter shall have been fully paid.Codes, 1942, § 6247-24; Laws, 1953, Ex Sess, ch. 13, § 24, eff. 7/1/1954.
