Section 37-51-11 - Eligibility for loans

In addition to the requirements set out in Section 37-51-7, to be eligible for a loan an applicant must:(a) Be a bona fide actual resident of the State of Mississippi; and(b) Attend any bona fide approved nonfree elementary or secondary school.Codes, 1942, § 6248-125; Laws, 1969, Ex Sess, ch. 27, § 5, eff. 9/19/1969.
