Section 37-65-127 - Board may act at regular or special meeting

Any action or order of the board of trustees provided for in this article or deemed necessary may be taken at any regular or special meeting thereof, held at the place where such board holds its regular meetings, or otherwise as provided in this article and at which a majority of the board of trustees shall be present.Codes, 1942, § 6232-44; Laws, 1960, ch. 316, § 4, eff. 4/27/1960.
