Section 37-7-107 - Abolition of school district pursuant to petition filed by electorate

If a petition signed by two-thirds (2/3) of the qualified electors of an existing school district shall be filed with the school board requesting that such district be abolished, then the school board shall enter an order abolishing such school district.
