All elections of consolidated or consolidated line school district trustees shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each year in the same manner as general state and county elections are held and conducted.Codes, 1942, § 6328-11.4; Laws, 1960, ch. 304, § 2; Laws, 1981, ch. 409, § 7, eff. 7/31/1981 (the date the United States Attorney General interposed no objection under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965).
