Section 37-9-4 - Compensation of attorney employed by school board who is a member of the Legislature

The compensation of any attorney employed by a school board who is a member of the Legislature shall be paid only from funds available to the school district that are not appropriated by the Legislature. Laws, 2004, ch. 583, § 2, eff. 6/30/2004.
