Section 39-13-17 - Penalties for violations; separate offense for each day violation exists

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
