The bonds authorized under Sections 39-17-101 through 39-17-127 may be issued without any other proceedings or the happening of any other conditions or things other than those proceedings, conditions and things that are specified or required by Sections 39-17-101 through 39-17-127. Any resolution providing for the issuance of bonds under Sections 39-17-101 through 39-17-127 shall become effective immediately upon its adoption by the State Bond Commission, and any such resolution may be adopted at any regular or special meeting of the State Bond Commission by a majority of its members.Laws, 1994, ch. 551, § 9, eff. 7/1/1994.
