Section 39-17-127 - Construction of sections 39-17-101 through 39-17-127

Sections 39-17-101 through 39-17-127 shall be deemed to be full and complete authority for the exercise of the powers granted, but Sections 39-17-101 through 39-17-127 shall not be deemed to repeal or to be in derogation of any existing law of this state.Laws, 1994, ch. 551, § 14, eff. 7/1/1994.
