(1) The Mississippi Craft Center established under authority of Section 39-21-3, Mississippi Code of 1972, located within Ridgeland, Madison County, Mississippi, and under the jurisdiction of the Department of Finance and Administration and leased to The Craftsmen's Guild of Mississippi, Inc., shall be renamed the 'William Lowe (Bill) Waller, Sr. Craft Center.'(2) The Department of Finance and Administration shall prepare or have prepared a distinctive plaque to be placed in a prominent place within the William Lowe (Bill) Waller, Sr. Craft Center that states the background, accomplishments and service to the state of the Honorable William Lowe (Bill) Waller, Sr. The Department of Finance and Administration, in conjunction with The Craftsmen's Guild of Mississippi, Inc., shall erect or cause to be erected proper lettering or signage on the outdoor facade of the Craft Center displaying the official name of the building as the 'William Lowe (Bill) Waller, Sr. Craft Center.'
