Section 39-3-209 - Compact administrator and deputy administrators

The director of the Mississippi Library Commission shall be the compact administrator pursuant to Article X of the compact. The director of the Mississippi Library Commission may appoint one or more deputy compact administrators pursuant to said article.Codes, 1942, § 6209-25; Laws, 1970, ch. 459, § 5, eff. 4/6/1970.
