Section 39-3-309 - Penalties for violations of section 39-3-303

Any person who violates the provisions of section 39-3-303 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.Laws, 1978, ch. 418, § 5, eff. 7/1/1978.
