Section 39-5-13 - Surrender of historical portraits to department

The county boards of supervisors are hereby authorized and empowered to turn over to the department historical portraits which may be the property of the counties, and to make appropriations, on application of the director, for the purpose of placing oil portraits of distinguished citizens of Mississippi in the state's hall of fame.
