Section 39-7-25 - Restoration of antiquities for private parties

The restoration of antiquities for private parties is authorized and shall be under the rules and regulations promulgated by the board, and all costs incurred in such restoration, both real and administrative, shall be paid by the private party.Codes, 1942, § 6192-113; Laws, 1970, ch. 267, § 13, eff. 3/2/1970.
