The Mississippi Children's Rehabilitation Center shall be located and constructed on the property and in accordance with the plans and specifications previously designated for the 'Crippled Children's Hospital,' or its successor the 'Mississippi Hospital School for Cerebral Palsy,' at its location on Lakeland Drive in the vicinity of the Four-Year School of Medicine and University Hospital.
