Whenever a PPEC center voluntarily discontinues operation, it shall, at least thirty (30) days before the discontinuance of operation, inform each child's legal guardian of the fact and the proposed time of the discontinuance. Laws, 2012, ch. 524, § 9, eff. 5/18/2012.
