Section 41-141-5 - Providing or aiding or abetting in the performance of gender transition procedures to persons under the age of eighteen prohibited

(1) A person shall not knowingly provide gender transition procedures to any person under eighteen (18) years of age.(2) A person shall not knowingly engage in conduct that aids or abets the performance or inducement of gender transition procedures to any person under eighteen (18) years of age.
