The purpose of Sections 41-19-271 through 41-19-281 is to create, equip, and maintain a residential facility for adults with chronic mental illness which shall be known as the Central Mississippi Residential Center. Laws, 1998, ch. 317, § 1, eff. 7/1/1998.
