Section 41-19-103 - Establishment of the Ellisville State School

The Ellisville State School established by Chapter 210, Laws of Mississippi 1920, is recognized as now existing and shall hereafter be known under the name of Ellisville State School for the care and treatment of persons with an intellectual disability. The school shall have the power to receive and hold property, real, personal and mixed, as a body corporate.
