Section 41-19-41 - Commitment of patients to regional mental health or intellectual disability centers

Any regional mental health or intellectual disability facility or service established and operated according to the provisions set forth in Sections 41-19-31 through 41-19-39, is eligible to admit and treat patients committed by either the chancellors or chancery clerks in the same manner as is provided by the laws of Mississippi for commitment to the state mental institutions.Codes, 1942, § 6909-71; Laws, 1968, ch. 439, § 1; Laws, 2010, ch. 476, § 34, eff. 4/1/2010.
