Section 41-21-140 - Transportation of individual in mental health crisis by law enforcement officer at request of crisis intervention team or mobile crisis response team to health care facility

A law enforcement officer shall transport the person who is in crisis to the appropriate health care facility in the county or outside of the county at the request of the crisis intervention team or mobile crisis response team.
