Section 41-21-85 - Payment of costs of hearing on need for further treatment

All costs of the hearing or appeal under Section 41-21-83, including, but not limited to, costs of all writs, notices, petitions, appeals, and attorney's fees and transportation of the patient to and from the place of the hearing shall be borne by the treatment facility in those instances where the patient is indigent, provided that if the patient is not indigent, all costs shall be taxed to the patient.Laws, 1975, ch. 492, § 5(6); Laws, 1984, ch. 477, § 13, eff. 7/1/1984.
