Section 41-21-93 - Warrant for patient absent without authorization

If any such patient admitted or committed by a court to a treatment facility leaves without authorization, the director may immediately issue a warrant to any officer authorized to make arrests, commanding the arrest and return of said patient to the hospital from which he is departed.Laws, 1975, ch. 492, § 6(4); Laws, 1984, ch. 477, § 17, eff. 7/1/1984.
