The words and terms as used in this chapter have the following meanings:(1) 'State health officer' shall mean the state health officer of the state board of health, or his designated representative.(2) 'Board' shall mean the state board of health.(3) 'Hemophilia' shall mean a bleeding tendency resulting from a genetically determined deficiency factor in the blood.Laws, 1974, ch. 340, § 1, eff. 3/14/1974.
