Section 42-23-51 - Exemption from compliance with provisions of Section 41-23-49

A health care facility is exempt from compliance with this act during any period of time that compliance with this act would result in a violation of regulations or guidance issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Added by Laws, 2022, ch. 491, HB 1509,§ 1, eff. 4/21/2022.Publisher's Note: The section number appearing in the official Miss.
