Section 41-23-105 - Civil immunity for persons performing rubella tests, counseling and vaccinations

Neither the state board of health nor any physician or nurse employed by the board who, in good faith and in the exercise of reasonable care, performs testing for susceptibility to rubella, renders counseling as provided in Section 41-23-103, or administers vaccinations against rubella shall be liable for any civil damages as a result of any acts committed in good faith and in the exercise of reasonable care or omissions in good faith and in the exercise of reasonable care by such persons in performing such testing, counseling or vaccinations.Laws, 1981, ch. 414, § 3, eff. 7/1/1981.
