The director shall develop an adequate plan for the provision of safe drinking water under emergency circumstances. If, in the judgment of the director, emergency circumstances exist in the state for safe drinking water, the director may take any actions deemed necessary to provide safe drinking water where it otherwise would not be available.Laws, 1976, ch. 452, 6;Laws, 1997, ch. 389 12, eff. 7/1/1997.
