It shall be the duty of each county mosquito control commission annually, on or before the 20th day of January in each year, to submit to the state health officer and the county board of supervisors in its respective county, a report setting forth the amount of moneys expended during the previous year, the methods employed, the work accomplished, and any other information which, in the judgment of the board of supervisors, may seem pertinent.Codes, 1930, § 4950; 1942, § 7105; Laws, 1928, ch. 190.
