When two or more counties act jointly under the mosquito control provisions of this article, especially under the provisions of Section 41-27-19, the fiscal control thereof, including the apportionment of funds and the payment of expenses in connection with such work, shall be made as provided in Sections 41-27-23 through 41-27-31.Codes, 1942, § 7099-01; Laws, 1964, 1st Ex.
