Upon receipt of a certified copy of such approved list of claims and expenses, and at the time when other claims are considered by the several boards of supervisors of the counties in such agreement, the clerks of such boards of supervisors shall submit such list of approved claims to such boards of supervisors for their approval, and a county warrant shall be ordered issued, payable to the president and secretary of the joint, or combined, mosquito control commission of such counties.Codes, 1942, § 7099-04; Laws, 1964, 1st Ex.
