Nothing in this article shall be construed to alter, amend, modify, or repeal any statute conferring upon state or local boards of health any powers or duties in connection with the extermination of mosquitoes in this state, but this article shall be construed to be supplementary thereto.Codes, 1930, § 4951; 1942, § 7106; Laws, 1928, ch. 190.
