Anyone willfully refusing to comply with this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or be imprisoned in the county jail not less than fifteen (15) days, nor more than ninety (90) days, or be both so fined and imprisoned.Codes, 1942, § 7106-14; Laws, 1954, ch. 288, § 14.
