Section 41-29-11 - Penalties

Any person violating the provisions of Section 41-29-9 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), or more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), or by imprisonment of not more than ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.Codes, 1930, § 4985; 1942, § 6827; Laws, 1930, ch. 26.
