Any material, compound, mixture or preparation which contains any quantity of a controlled substance and is listed as an exempt substance in 21 C.F.R., Section 1308.22, shall be exempted from the provisions of the Uniform Controlled Substances Law.Laws, 1977, ch. 391, § 5; Laws, 1978, ch. 404, § 6; Laws, 1983, ch. 404, § 6, eff. 7/1/1983.
