Section 41-30-29 - Supplemental nature of provisions for emergency involuntary commitment

The provisions of subsections (3) and (4) of Section 41-30-27 shall be supplemental and in addition to the provisions of Title 41, Chapter 31, Mississippi Code of 1972, which pertain to commitment of alcoholics.Laws, 1974, ch. 562, § 10(1), eff. 7/1/1974.
