Section 41-4-13 - Purchases

All commodities, equipment and furniture purchased and supply contracts entered into by the board shall be in accord with the provisions of Title 31, Chapter 7, Mississippi Code of 1972. No purchases shall be made from, nor shall any sales be made to, any member of the board.Laws, 1974, ch. 567, § 6(7), eff. 4/23/1974.
