Section 41-41-411 - Criminal penalties

(1) Any person who intentionally or knowingly violates the prohibitions in Section 41-41-407(1) and/or (2) shall be guilty of a felony and shall, upon conviction, be imprisoned in the custody of the Department of Corrections not less than one (1) nor more than ten (10) years.(2) A woman upon whom an abortion is performed, induced, or attempted in violation of this section shall not be prosecuted for conspiracy to commit any violation of this section.Added by Laws, 2020, ch. 434, HB 1295,§ 6, eff. 7/1/2020.
