Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or the rules and regulations made in pursuance thereof, is hereby made a misdemeanor, and any person, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).Codes, 1942, § 4575-113; Laws, 1964, ch. 224, § 13, eff. 3/26/1964.
