Section 41-57-25 - Birth certificate furnished free to armed forces volunteer

Any person who is volunteering for one of the armed forces of the United States is entitled to a certified copy of his birth certificate from the State Board of Health immediately upon application and at no expense to the applicant or his recruiting officer.Codes, 1942, § 7064.5; Laws, 1971, ch. 327, § 1, eff. 3/1/1971.
