The State Board of Health shall formulate and promulgate rules and regulations for the proper reporting and registration of morbidity and vital statistics, prescribing the method and form of making such registration.Each application or filing made under this section shall include the Social Security number(s) of the applicant in accordance with Section 93-11-64, Mississippi Code of 1972.Codes, Hemingway's 1917, § 4871; 1930, § 4907; 1942, § 7063; Laws, 1912, ch. 149; Laws, 1997, ch. 588, § 17, eff. 7/1/1997.
