The board may, in its discretion, issue a temporary ambulance attendant's permit which shall not be valid for more than one (1) year from the date of issuance, and which shall be renewable to an individual who may or may not meet qualifications established pursuant to this chapter upon determination that such will be in the public interest.Laws, 1974, ch. 507, § 8(6), eff. 4/3/1974.
