The provisions of Sections 41-63-21 through 41-63-29, including the confidentiality provided in Sections 41-63-21 through 41-63-29 shall be deemed part of the substantive law of this state enacted for the express legislative purpose of promoting quality patient care through accreditation and quality assurance functions.Laws, 1995, ch. 467, § 5, eff. 7/1/1995.
