Any home health agency which is in operation on July 1, 1981, shall be given a reasonable time under the particular circumstances, not to exceed one (1) year from July 1, 1981, within which to comply with the provisions of this chapter and the rules, regulations and standards promulgated in furtherance of this chapter.Laws, 1981, ch. 484, § 8, eff. 7/1/1981.
