The chairman of the authority shall be elected from the members of the authority by the vote of all such members. The members shall also elect from among their number a vice-chairman and such other officers as they may determine. They shall receive no compensation for their services but shall receive reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses and per diem in accordance with Sections 25-3-41 and 25-3-69, respectively.Laws, 1983, ch. 493, § 6, eff. 4/11/1983.
