Section 41-73-13 - Quorum; vote required for action

The powers of the authority shall be vested in the members thereof. Four (4) members of the authority shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The affirmative vote of at least four (4) members shall be necessary for any action to be taken by the authority. No vacancy in the membership of the authority shall impair the right of a quorum to exercise all rights and perform all duties of the authority.Laws, 1983, ch. 493, § 7, eff. 4/11/1983.
