Section 41-73-23 - State office or position not forfeited by virtue of authority membership or service

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, no officer or employee of the state shall be deemed to have forfeited or shall forfeit his office or employment by reason of his acceptance of membership in the authority or by reason of his providing services to such authority.Laws, 1983, ch. 493, § 12, eff. 4/11/1983.
