Section 41-73-57 - Bonds are negotiable instruments, subject to registration provisions of bonds

Whether or not the bonds are in the form and character of negotiable instruments, such bonds are hereby made negotiable instruments, subject only to provisions of the bonds relating to registration.Laws, 1983, ch. 493, § 29, eff. 4/11/1983.
