Section 41-73-65 - Payment of expenses of authority; state and political subdivisions to be held harmless

All expenses incurred by the authority in carrying out the provisions of this chapter shall be payable solely from funds provided under this chapter, and nothing in this chapter shall be construed to authorize the authority to incur indebtedness or liability on behalf of or payable by the state or any political subdivision.Laws, 1983, ch. 493, § 33, eff. 4/11/1983.
