Section 41-75-15 - Conformity with rules, regulations or standards promulgated subsequent to start of operations

Any ambulatory surgical facility which is in operation at the time of promulgation of any applicable rules or regulations or minimum standards under this chapter shall be given a reasonable time, under the particular circumstances not to exceed one (1) year from the date such are duly adopted, within which to comply with such rules and regulations and minimum standards.Laws, 1983, ch. 433, § 8, eff. 7/1/1983.
